***Announcing Our 2016-17 Season***

We are truly excited to announce our shows for next year!  Opening the season and running from October 21st through November 19th will be Gilbert & Sullivan's classic operetta, H.M.S. Pinafore. Running February 10-25, our winter play will be the area premiere of the 2012 Tony-award winning Peter and the Starcatcher. Rounding out the season will be the musical adaptation of a Disney favorite, TBA "Practically Perfect" Magical Nanny Musical, the name of which we have to wait to announce until January 2017 due to rights restrictions.  For more information on these shows, visit our Upcoming Season page.  Season tickets are also now available on our Subscriptions page.

Coming Next from 2nd Star: "Guys and Dolls"!
May 27 through June 25, 2016

Guys and Dolls is a musical romantic comedy involving the unlikeliest of Manhattan pairings: a high-rolling gambler and a puritanical missionary, a showgirl dreaming of the straight-and-narrow and a crap game manager who is anything but. The show takes us from the bustle of Times Square to the dance clubs of Havana to the sewers of New York City as it demonstrates the great lengths to which a guy will go when he truly falls in love with a “doll.” Guys and Dolls features some of Frank Loesser’s most memorable tunes, including the hilarious “Adelaide’s Lament,” the romantic “I'll Know When My Love Comes Along,” the exuberant “If I Were a Bell,” and the classic “Luck be a Lady.”
