Can I have reserved seats?

Seating is general admission at the Bowie Playhouse. A seating reservation can and should be made only if a member of your group needs to remain in a wheelchair for the duration of the performance. Please reach out to us at boxoffice@2ndstarproductions.org to make your your wheelchair requirements are noted to our House Manager and we can prepare your seating accordingly.

Can I exchange my tickets?

Please request ticket exchanges at least 24 hours in advance of your performance date by emailing us at boxoffice@2ndstarproductions.org. We can usually make an exchange to another performance that has seats available. We cannot make exchanges into a sold out performance and cannot exchange tickets less than 24 hours in advance of a performance. Our ticket capacity is limited and less than 24 hours notice means that we may not have the opportunity to resell your released seats.

Can I have a refund on my tickets?

Ticket purchases are non-refundable. Refunds are granted in the case of a cancelled performance only. In the event of a cancelled performance, you will be contacted by 2nd Star and refunds will be automatically issued by the Box Office.

I missed the show. Can I exchange for a different performance or receive a refund?

We’re unable to issue refunds or exchanges in the event of a missed performance.
